Lessons From Nonna
An Italian cooking site stuck on Wix — slow, dated, and hard to update. We moved it off, rebuilt it from scratch on a modern platform, and turned the site into the home base for a real content business.
Then came the cameras: a full YouTube cooking series — shot, edited, and published by us — that now drives the channel's subscribers. Recipes, videos, and books all live in one place, and the content keeps coming with AI-assisted workflows behind the scenes.
The Website
Full Wix exit and ground-up rebuild — fast, modern, easy to update.
The Story Shoot, in the wild
A complete cooking series shot and edited in-house, published to YouTube.
The AI multiplier
AI-assisted workflows turn every shoot into recipes, posts, and videos — ready to publish.
Website + brand · consulting
Tango Consulting
Tango advises on enterprise technology delivery — the kind of firm whose website has to hold its own in front of CIOs. We built it end to end: the positioning, the copy, and a fully custom design down to its interactive engagement timeline.
It runs on the same modern platform as every Conway build — fast, easy to update, and sharp enough for the boardroom.
The Website
End-to-end build — strategy, copy, and design in one hand.
Custom design
A bespoke look with hand-built interactive graphics — no template in sight.
Beacon, built from scratch
Tango's AI project-management platform — ideated and built end to end by Conway.

DP Conway
An author with more than forty books across five series — and an old site that couldn't hold the shelf. We rebuilt it from the ground up: a dark, editorial home where the stories set the mood and every series has its place.
Newsletter signup wired straight to his reader list, and the whole thing live at dpconway.com — another clean escape from Wix.
